Welcome to our 130 m² villa nestled in the hills of Montgó, in Dénia, in the heart of the Costa Blanca.
Here you'll enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, the town of Dénia and its harbour. On a clear day, you can even spot Ibiza on the horizon — a sight to savour from the terrace at sunset.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, and a third with two single beds (90 cm). A second shower room completes the layout.
The large air-conditioned living and dining room opens onto the outside and is extended by a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, full crockery for 6, washing machine).
The outdoor space is the real luxury of this villa: a private swimming pool (renovated in June 2025) where you can relax in complete privacy with family or friends, a terrace for outdoor dining, and shaded areas for an afternoon nap. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and bed linen/towels are included.

Montgó is a peaceful residential area bordering the Montgó Natural Park, a paradise for hiking enthusiasts and lovers of wide-open views. Yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the centre of Dénia, its lively harbour, its fish restaurants, the hilltop castle and the beaches.

Hiking in the Montgó Natural Park, diving in the Cap de Sant Antoni Marine Reserve, tasting the famous Gamba Roja de Dénia (Dénia red prawn), the Monday market, day trips to Jávea or Calpe, ferry crossings to Ibiza or Formentera from the port of Dénia.
